• This is a subjective question and depends on various factors such as the size, complexity, and Position of the tattoo on the body. However, as a general rule, you can expect to pay $600 usually for most tattoos/sessions booked with me ( as that is minimum, half day rate to make a booking)

  • I usually require a consult for all new clients before making most bookings, but I always prefer to mirror my booking style to the client. So consults before tattoo appointments with me are preferred, but not compulsory

  • I always endeavour to match the style of my clients in terms of consulting depending on their preference of trusting me with the process or if they are needing a more hands on approach throughout every session. Overall, an initial consult can be booked before any session to utilise syncing up on details, providing feedback and matching expectations. However, after an initial consult, if further consults are required, they need to be in tandem with a tattoo session at most a week out of that booking. This being so as to not convolute the process with too many consults, which would slow the process down incredibly and hinder progress or confidence in the final result

  • For a $600 tattoo, we can usually do a full detailed hand sized tattoo, possibly even something 15x15cm in size if it's blackwork or black & grey. Usually we can cap any on-going sessions for large projects like sleeves and backpieces etc at $600 per session and do just over 3 and a half hours of tattooing

  • I am $180 an hour for the first three of a booking, then $150 for every hour after

  • Yes, all weekday bookings require a $100 deposit which comes off of the cost of your booking on day of appointment

  • Not initially, for all the above mentioned works, an initial $700 deposit is required as these larger scale projects require a lot of hours of unpaid work to create the design work, studying the references, conceptualising, research & illustration. $600 of that initial deposit is used as credit on the first session while the remaining $100 can only be deducted from a sessions cost on the FINAL session only. There is no exception for this for project tattoo work like coverups, sleeves, half sleeves and back pieces. As well a full day booking is required for the first session of large project work such as the above mentioned, with half days being available as a booking option after the first initial full day booking

  • All weekday bookings require a $100 deposit to secure. However, all weekend & public holiday appointments require a Half Day rate booking paid in full, prior to day-of-appointment to secure and are charged at a minimum charge of a half day rate ($600, which equals 3 and a half hours of tattooing, not including stencilling & breaks)

  • By paying a deposit you acknowledge that all deposits are non-refundable and that a minimum 72 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment time otherwise your deposit is forfeit and another deposit will be required to re-book

  • Of course, my minimum charge for a tattoo is $150. However, my minimum charge to book a tattoo appointment secured in the calendar is $600 (Half day booking) of which we only require a $100 deposit up front to secure. To pay less than $600 for a tattoo session with me, would only be available on a walk in basis

  • This is a great question (one I'd assume extends to back pieces as well), depending on the level of work, size, detail, surface area coverage etc, these could take between 4-12 sessions to achieve. Usually for Sleeve work, it's best to aim for everything to be finished with 8 full day sessions and a complimentary half day session of Bold linework & touch-ups. To find a more exact quote on time and cost, it's always best to start with a complimentary half hour consult to discuss and sync up on these details first to then be able to give a more accurate quote on time & cost

  • The answer to this is always, if you are open to that, it will only make the process' result better, as laser removal (at least even just a session or two on the black of what's being covered up) creates a much higher ceiling on what's possible for the coverups concept. However, it is not a requirement as I understand many are uncomfortable with that proposal and refuse to discuss it any further

  • My minimum charge is $150, so that will usually get you a tattoo finished in just under an hour. If you require more than half an hour of stencilling & redrawing prior to the session, the cost may increase over the minimum charge. So if you would like a lot done in an hour, that will require some slight flexibilty in budget

  • A full day session of tattooing would involve upwards of 7 hours tattooing (not including breaks & stencilling) and would be capped at $1200 flat rate

  • I accept cash, Bank transfer, Eftpos/Afterpay (with a 10% surcharge) or Invoice payable (with a 5% surcharge)

  • If you're between the ages of 16 and 18, there aren't laws to say you can't get a tattoo  if you have written permission from a parent. However, this is not a service I offer or endorse. To be tattooed by me at all, we need to sight photo ID and you must be at least 18 years of age, no exceptions

  • There are NO courtesy touch-ups included in the cost of service for tattoos located on the hand or fingers. A touch-up on the hand or fingers is a service of the cost of a minimum charge tattoo session ($150)

  • A lodged deposit is forfeit if longer than 12 months is taken to attend a booked tattoo appointment or if you have no tattoo appointment/s booked following a cancellation

  • A touch up is always free of charge as long as it's between 6 months of when your tattoo was done. If you, however, do not show up or give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule, you forfeit your courtesy free of charge touch up. If I did not do the tattoo of which is being touched up, it is instead categorised as a 're-work' and is charged at a half day/full day/hourly rate depending on the session booked

  • A minimum 72 hours notice is needed to reschedule a booking, otherwise the deposit is forfeit & a new deposit/payment up-front is required before any rescheduling can occur. If you are to reschedule your booked appointment more than twice without attending your booked appointment, then you forfeit your lodged deposit & are required to make a new deposit before any further appointments or reschedules can be arranged. If more than 3 total appointments are rescheduled, any future appointments will require payment in full, up front before any future reschedules or bookings can be secured

  • No regretfully. I do have a busy schedule, so often I am not available for walk ins. However, if you do visit for a walk in when I am at the studio and I have time, I will be available to tattoo on a walk in basis in that circumstance
